Senior Night Football Game, Friday, October 31,2025, 7:00 pm Kickoff
 Dear Harleton ISD Community:
This Friday, we will hold Senior Night Activities starting at 6:30 pm at Wildcats Stadium.  Senior Students, who are being recognized, and their parents will need to line up on the track at 6:15 pm.  The Senior Night Recognition Ceremony will start at 6:30 pm.  Kickoff is at 7:00 pm sharp.  If you have hired a photographer for your Senior, please have them arrive early enough to find a suitable spot in the stands from which to take pictures.  We only have a limited amount of time to recognize the Seniors and their parents, so at no time will hired photographers be allowed to interfere with the Senior Recognition ceremony.
We need your help with a challenge that has shown up during this Varsity football season.  The crowd on the track has grown exponentially.  The track is reserved for Coaches' families, District Personnel, and those who need accessible seating.  We have added an entire set of new bleachers for the Band, which has opened up many seats in the Home Stands.  This Friday, please make plans to sit in the Home stands instead of on the track, unless you fall into one of the categories mentioned: Coaches' families, District Personnel, or someone who requires accessible seating.
Additionally, children are not permitted on the track during football games.  We have witnessed many kids playing football in the end zone and throwing balls during the game. There are a few kids who are designated each week by the Band Director and Head Football Coach as band helpers and ball kids, and they are allowed. However, we must limit track and field access to these kids only.  This helps us to maintain the safety aspects of the game, as per UIL spectator guidelines.
We appreciate your help with this.  Harleton does an outstanding job of supporting our kids, and we are blessed that this even needs to be addressed.  Thank you all for your undying support of our band, football teams, majorettes, and cheer squads!  This is the best community in which to raise kids in Texas!
Sincerely,
Jay Ratcliff
