Parents,

Tuesday May 5th, at 9 am, we will be providing FREE athletic physicals for the 2025-2026 school year.

Barry Jones, with Christus, will be on hand at the high school to assist with the process.

New physicals are required for incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th grade students participating in athletics, band, cheer, or majorettes.

Students should receive the required form from their respective coaches to bring home. We are asking that you have your student return the form Monday, May 4th, with the medical history portion completed and make sure you have signed it.

Please take advantage of this service, as it will allow all of to get a head start on the new seasons. If a student shows for the first day of practice without a new one, they will not be allowed to participate and will get behind.
