Dear Harleton ISD Community:

The district has 3 school buses (Year Models 2000, 2002, and 2004) that will be sold by sealed bid on August 26, 2025, at 7:00 pm.  The sealed bids will be opened in front of the School Board at our Special Meeting on August 26, 2025, at 7:00 pm.  

The buses will be sold separately.  You may bid on one bus, two buses, or all 3 buses, but all bids must be made individually, as spelled out on the bid sheet.  The sealed bids must be turned in to Central Office on or before Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at noon.  Bus purchases will be awarded to the highest bidder. 

The buses will be sold as is and are not guaranteed to start or run.  All buses sold must be removed from the Harleton ISD property within 1 week of purchase, no exceptions.
