Objective
this week: To se the way artists see in
order to draw realistic images.
Mon: Observe & draw a complex flower (30 min
activity)
Tues: Following the rules of contour drawing, draw
a natural, complex inanimate object such as a shell. (30 min activity)
Wed: Following the rules of contour drawing,
crumple a piece of paper and draw it. Precisely.
Thurs: Introduce “Modified Contour Drawing” pgs. 90-92 Draw your own hand
using the modified contour method.
Fri: Supplementary exercise p. 95
Warm-Up: 5-10 min. doing a pure contour drawing, draw your tennis shoe.
